The Five-Step Collaborative Process

Our five-step collaborative process is to work with verity, focus, and timeliness to meet our project goals, attain success for our customers, our people, and our company using fair means.

Verity

We seek to find the root cause to each challenge. We examine all known factors and question if we have missed any unknown factors. We base solutions on science and math, and address the root cause, not symptoms or supposition.

Focus

We create a process for problem solving using science and math to address the root cause. We visualize a path from the current state to the desired state, identify solutions to potential roadblocks in advance, clarify the way forward, and follow the path methodically to meet the project goals.

Timeliness

We strive to meet project deadlines, while being good stewards of the available resources.

Discovery

We view each project from the viewpoint of our customer, and keep informed of new developments reported in the technical literature to build upon the new insights.

Solution

We deliver solutions that can be implemented in a time of increased threats and, delayed budgets, striving for the art of the possible, and achieving success for our customers, people, and company using fair means.
